Color Choices

The color choices we have for our wings are Rosy Blush, Tangy Orange, Lime Cocktail and Bold Yellow which are all bright and bold colors. When painted together they give the wings a fun and jubilant look.
For the legs I would like to use oranges and golds to bring out the purple in the wings since they are complimentary colors. But if we were to bring some of the purple to use in the legs I would want to use the darker purple so they contrast heavily.
The following things will determine how our dragonfly will turn out:
Opacity- the degree to which light is blocked.
Tint- the mixture if color with white which increases whiteness
Hue-the degree to which a stimulus can be described as similar to or different from stimuli that are described as red, green, blue and yellow.
